About the Artist
My name is Andy Hemming, I am a life-long scribbler with a penchant for the slightly absurd. My work has encompassed everything from the idea of habitually attempting to get 'somewhere', but never quite making it, through to footballers' moustaches.
I am a strong believer of the idea that anything can be made interesting, using found materials in some of my work and often using fairly banal subjects and attempting to turn them on their head.
