Gethan & Myles: "The book combines photography, illustration, 3D artworks, altered texts,to explore the many themes raised by both the memories and the scientific properties of water. Memories... uses a cyclical narrative structure – following both the water cycle and the human lifecycle. The reader 'dives' into the book wherever they want then 'swims' up the right-hand pages; when they get to the far end, or wherever they choose to turn round, they tumble turn, flipping the book over, then swim back on the 'new' right-hand pages. The content of the book is created and designed so that every page has multiple levels – allowing the reader to see something different in it on each new reading. Memories... is a book with no beginning and no end."
